Advanced Aerofoil Technologies AG (AAT) is a limited liability company founded in 2007 that provides hot gas path components to the industrial gas turbine industry.   AAT is majority owned by Aurum Mercator Partners, LLC (AMP). AMP is a wholly owned subsidiary of the family office of a prominent Chicago institutional investor. AMP's related companies and affiliates have significant global private equity and venture capital interests.

AAT has developed a state-of-the-art facility, which is a single site, turnkey investment casting facility for manufacturing Industrial Gas Turbine and turbocharger components. Integrating all the production process steps under one roof increases quality and process stability, while decreasing customer cycle time. AAT is an ISO 9001 certified organization.

AAT’s core team is comprised of seasoned engineering, operations and marketing executives from the world’s best-known power system and investment casting companies.  It’s manufacturing facility in Germany is supported by leading European universities and institutes specializing in advanced materials science.
